Party Central!

Saturday was Michael's birthday party. We had a great turnout with 14 kids and 20 adults. The kids played on Michael's new swing set and a toddler bounce house that we borrowed from our neighbor. Everyone seemed to have a good time. I really got into the monkey theme while planning this shindig. We had monkey favor bags, cupcakes and monkey decorations.

Happy 2nd Birthday

Tuesday, May 17 was Michael's 2nd birthday. 2 years sure has gone by quickly. We had a great day. Daddy took the day off and we started the morning off with a trip to IHOP for a some birthday pancakes followed by a trip to the zoo. Next up was Michael's 2 year checkup and a stop at Sprinkles cupcakes for a birthday treat. Later that night Mimi and Papa Jim came over with dinner and a birthday gift for Michael. It as such a great day. Saturday is his big party which should be a blast. All his friends will be over to play on his new birthday swing set.

Bikers

Chris has become a true biker over the past year and since Michael loves anything related to the outdoors, we thought he'd naturally love a bike ride. Last weekend we borrowed our neighbor's bike trailer and Chris took Michael for a spin. He loved it!
